Training
EREL offers basic to advanced training sessions on all products: generating sets, MV and LV switchgears and panelboards, synchronizing systems, control units, water treatment plants, etc. We have the ability to organize these training sessions at our premises, on-site, or at any location requested by our customers.
O&M
As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, EREL provides operation and maintenance services if requested by our customers. Our team of skilled engineers assists customers in all matters related to O&M; EREL’s services extend from basic technical assistance to full services, including 24/7 management, operation, and maintenance of all diesel and HFO power plants.
CMMS
All our supplied equipment and projects, once installed and commissioned, are managed by our After Sales Department on a product/customer database that uses a computer maintenance and management system (CMMS). The system enables computer-assisted preventive and corrective maintenance and follow-ups. Dedicated staff at our After Sales Department make sure all clients benefit from this service in the most reliable and efficient way.
